It's not super intuitive, but try right clicking in the list for a few options.

The update was just posted to the Datacad 23 Update page this Monday. The Revision History link on that page has not been updated yet which is probably what they are working on now. Below are the list of changes from the Release Candidate process which should be pretty close to what the final Revision History file should be. Have had 3 people using the 23.00.04.10 update for about a month now and it's been a good release. :D

DataCAD 23.00.04 RC6 Changes:
Contour Search
• Added a Jump Gap option to the Contour Search menu, allowing you to set the maximum search distance around line segment endpoints when creating a closed boundary.
• Default maximum gap distance: 1 1/2" (~38mm).
• The search starts near zero and increases incrementally up to eight times if a closed boundary is not found.

Mask Menu
• Added Symbol Name and XREF Name options to the Mask by Entity menu.
When toggled On, a search string field appears.
Any occurrence of the string in a Symbol or XREF name is considered a match.
Fully-qualified name search: e.g., searching for "flur" matches "C:\DataCAD 23\Symbols\Electrical\Lighting\FLURA1X4.dsf".
Case-insensitive search.

Extended Character Codes
• 3057: Cut Wall On – Walls will be removed at door and window openings.
• 3058: Cut Wall Off – Walls will not be removed at door and window openings.
• 3059: In Wall On – Doors and windows will be centered between wall lines.
• 3060: In Wall Off – Doors and windows will not be centered between wall lines.
• 3061: One Layer On – One layer will be searched for walls to cut.
• 3062: One Layer Off – One layer will not be searched for walls to cut.
• 3063: Any Layer On – All "On" layers will be searched for walls to cut.
• 3064: Any Layer Off – Only the "Active" layer will be searched for walls to cut.

Fixes & Improvements
• Symbol Browser
Fixed INI file handling for Recent/Favorite Managers.

• Program Preferences
Resolved a bug that reset the "Entities/Attributes to Print" settings to defaults.

• Screen Calibration
Setting distances to zero now disables calibration.

• Advanced Hatch Pattern Dialogs
Added hints to Save/Save As icon buttons.
Added confirmation dialog when saving.
Added caption to the Hatch Preview window.
Fixed a logic error that allowed a row insertion above the header row.

• Toolbar Defaults
Message confirmation dialog now correctly uses OK/Cancel instead of Yes/No.

• PDF Printing
Fixed an issue where invalid fill boundary areas caused bitmap scaling distortions in drawings from prior versions.

Resolved an issue where rotated bitmaps (such as bitmaps inserted as Symbols or XREFs and
rotated) would print incorrectly when multiple instances and rotations were included in the
same print.

DataCAD 23.00.04 RC10 Changes:

Fixes:

Optimizations that were made to DataCAD's graphics display pipeline had the following unintended consequences which have been corrected.
- The quadrant method of object snapping was only returning the point at 0/360, not all four tangent points on a circle.
- Lines drawn after transparent bitmaps would draw in the wrong color or not at all.
- Zooming and panning using the mousewheel would cause 'ghosts' to remain on the draw form.
- Rotated and stretched bitmaps were not displaying correctly in PDF documents when the same bitmaps was used more than once in the printed output.
- Fills were not drawn in the correct color in the Symbol Browser and Quick Layout.
- Hatch dots were dropping out when the hatch boundary was clipped by the viewable or printable area of the drawing.
