Apparently I can't batch plot in DataCAD 23 anymore.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hey Rod, long time! :D

It's working for me here. Can you give some more detail on what your seeing? Is it crashing? Any error messages? No output?

Running 23.00.02 (PE) here. Batch plot works but it seem a couple of views print to a different scale than the set scale, requiring me to re-print those 2 then manually merge the file. Typically one scle level up... Printing to 1/4 scale and they print 1/8...

Sorry but the Batch and FIle Merge utility cannot be used reliably at this point.. The attached image shows the listed views are from previously used and printed files, NOT the currently opened file. Some of those views are from closed files..! The solution today was to print each view, then manually merge outside of Datacad.

Edited: Don't learn new programs under deadline pressure..!

Restarted Datacad and opened a different file, hit Batchprint and that Lot 4 views persists in the list... Had to save back to Datacad 17 to get these done today..

Learning here.. So the "filenames" on the right are whatever you chose to name them.. The Left are the actual views for the current file.. Using the Rules has helped resolve the confusion.. Just Numbering the output files..

Batch plotting produces inconsistent scales from sheet to sheet. Seems to be caused by Self_Xrefs... (some sheets print at 3/32 instead of 1/4 scale). Batch printed a file without Self_Xrefs and all is fine.

How can I make the column widths wide enough to display what is being displayed. I've tried when it's open but it doesn't stick.

I do not know of a way to get it to stick permanently Roger, sorry. It only stays put per Datacad session for me.
